At TARINA TARANTINO, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase; however, if you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and certain limited-edition couture pieces are final sale.
Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original signature pink packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Send your return via a trackable shipping method to our Los Angeles studio; we recommend insuring your package as we are not responsible for lost transit.
Processing and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
